Dr. Senan Ebrahim, Founder and CEO of Delfina, joined state leaders and healthcare advocates at the inaugural hearing of the Texas House Subcommittee on Maternal Health, Menopause, and Access to Evidence-Based Medicine. Testifying on technology and early intervention, Dr. Ebrahim presented lessons and measurable results from Delfina's proactive maternal care model.

The hearing convened state leaders from the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), health plans, clinicians, researchers, and community advocates to address critical gaps and opportunities in maternal care across Texas. Dr. Ebrahim joined a panel on prevention models and measurable results alongside Cameron Combs (Child Poverty Action Lab), Heather Stansell-Morris (Burnett School of Medicine at TCU), and Dr. Shena Dillon (Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center).

Drawing on Delfina’s experience supporting more than 21,000 Texas families, Dr. Ebrahim emphasized how identifying risks early and maintaining continuous connection between visits improves patient adherence and prevents medical emergencies. He also highlighted real-world clinical impact through the Baby Eve and Baby Adam case studies.
