Regan is a physician-scientist and academic leader dedicated to improving outcomes for mothers and families through research, innovation, and a commitment to safety. She has spent decades advancing the science and practice of obstetric care. She joined Delfina in 2021.
Regan holds an MD and PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at Emory University, followed by a Women’s Reproductive Health Research scholar program at UTMB. She is currently a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mayo Clinic. Regan's research focuses on digital innovations and outcomes in maternity care, working to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality through evidence-based approaches that translate directly into clinical practice.
She enjoys cooking, tapping maple syrup, and spending time with her labrador retriever, Norman.
