Troy Marjenhoff

Troy has taught yoga since 2010, and Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga since 2018. She’s thrilled to teach yoga to Delfina patients.

Troy is obsessed with supporting mothers as they prepare for childbirth, and through all the years of motherhood. She loves the efficiency of a yoga class bringing together exercise, meditation, stress-reduction, and community connection, all in one.

In addition to yoga, Troy loves to dance, be outside in the sunshine, and cook big meals for friends.
