About the Role: Delfina seeks a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Director to join our growing team. This key role requires a versatile marketer with a comprehensive understanding of various marketing disciplines and a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives within our B2B segments (health plans, employers, and healthcare providers. Please note this role is not tasked with B2C strategy or execution.

Responsibilities: 

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

• Drive integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize reach and impact.

Brand Management:

• Oversee brand consistency across all marketing efforts and ensure alignment with the company's identity and values.
• In partnership with the VP of Marketing, support external communication (PR) efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, clinical, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Work closely with the Product team to support product communications and workflows during an upcoming maternity leave.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

• Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze marketing metrics, optimize campaigns, and make informed strategic decisions.

Digital and Traditional Marketing:

• Leverage expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels to create a cohesive and effective marketing mix.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.
• Please note that this is an IC role but may expand to include direct reports as we further scale.

Qualifications: 

• 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience showcasing versatility in marketing functions.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing growth-oriented marketing strategies.
• Data-driven mindset to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
• Solid grasp of the health insurance landscape and enterprise customer behavior.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective internal and external communication.

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this full-time, remote position in the United States is $100K-150K annually, + medical/dental/vision benefits. While this range represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training, new hires who meet most of the requirements above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted salary range.
