About Delfina: Delfina provides a leading pregnancy care data platform to improve maternal and child health outcomes. Our Intern will join our Clinical and Growth teams to visit with physicians, nurses, and practice managers at potential clinical partner locations. Our ideal Provider Partnerships Manager has excellent sales, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting of potential clinical partner locations focused on the Chicago metropolitan area.
• Complete in-person visits to potential sites to communicate the value of Delfina Care to generate excitement among clinical support staff
• Complete virtual or in-person follow-ups with potential clinical partner locations and answer questions about the Delfina Care platform.
• Manage ongoing relationships with existing and new clinic partner locations, sourcing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the launch of partner sites, including onboarding, education, and training at the practice site.
• Assist the Delfina Growth team with contracting for new partner sites.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Valid state driver's license
• Proof of current automobile insurance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills and attention to detail
• Independent and creative mindset to sales outreach
• In-person visits to Chicago area locations are required, fully remote for administrative tasks
• Commitment of at least 10 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months

Compensation: The compensation range for this contract position in the United States is $25-$40 per hour with significant performance-based commission options. Expense reimbursement and a per diem rate are also included for travel to clinic sites. While this range represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training, new hires who meet most of the requirements above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted compensation range.
