Objective:
- Our Associate Product Manager will support product development and deployment of the Delfina Care platform.
- They will work with the Product Management and Clinical Operations team to build and deploy the Delfina Care platform. Our Associate Product Manager is someone who has excellent problem solving and communication skills and thrives in a fast paced, startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Product Manager to design, document and test platform and product features.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Operations team to deploy the Delfina Care platform at various clinical sites.
- Monitor and report on user experience post launch.
- Coordinate with Engineering to deliver functional solutions.
- Test all product features for quality assurance purposes.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year minimum, 2+ years preferred working as an Associate Product Manager
- Experience managing the entire product life cycle
- Familiarity with user interface and user experience design principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Web and mobile technologies
- Experience in UI/UX design is a plus
- Digital healthcare experience is a plus
- Medical practice/Health system operations is a plus
- US residence, fully remote position, able to travel on an as-need basis (US-wide)
Compensation:
- The base salary range for this position for this full-time position in the United States is $60K-75K, + medical/dental/vision benefits. While this range represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training, new hires who meet most of the requirements above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted salary range.
